This Tollycraft Sundeck is a very popular model of a well-built boat. She has always been in fresh water. The current owner has owned her since 1990. This boat is well equipped, with low hours, in above average condition and well maintained. She features a large aft master suite with walk around queen and private head and shower, light and bright main cabin spaces, convertible dinette and forward guest stateroom with adjacent day guest head. Arbitrage is ready to cruise locally or on America's Great Loop. Her air height is 16'8?. With 6'4' headroom she has a spacious feeling. Her twin 350 hp Crusader gas engines are low hour (800 hours) and cruise at 18 - 20 mph with a top speed of 22 mph. The hull and interior woodwork have been very well maintained and look like they belong to a much newer boat.
