I have never written a testimonial let alone a critique of services rendered but my experience with your company in it’s sale of my boat compels that I share with others. I expected that you would list the boat, advertise it for sale, show her and in time find a buyer. You did far more. The boat’s winter home port was on the Okeechobee Florida waterway near Ft Myers at a private residence. A wonderful safe place for hurricane season but much too remote for potential buyers. She was stocked to be ready for her next Bahamas cruise with all of our personal effects aboard. The boat needed to be moved and our things removed. Our dilemma was that our home is on Mobile Bay far from the boat. You took charge immediately and moved Star Fisher to a first class marina on the coast that was known as a trawler destination to place her among potential buyers. Then you removed all our belongings and shipped them to us. Next you organized a virtual tour for website advertising and not being satisfied with your photos took her into the harbor to get more attractive photos. At the same time you brought the boat to mechanical perfection by identifying and correcting all the little problems that arose since we were last aboard. Thus the boat was rendered ideal for showing and in the ideal location for that purpose without us ever having to turn a finger. Quickly following that extensive effort you put the vessel under contract for her sale that was, as always, contingent upon inspection and sea trial. Not being content to rest upon your laurels and risk the contract not closing, you entered Star Fisher in the Trawler Fest show at Stuart and personally piloted her across the state (a two day trip) where you remained aboard to show the boat for two more days and then devoted still another two days to her return to Ft Myers. The effort was fruitful because it developed excellent leads at Trawler Fest that likely would have resulted in sale. The existing contract closed rendering these leads moot but I can tell you they were of a great deal of comfort to us. Finally you organized the correction of deficiencies disclosed in the survey and professionally closed the sale without our ever having to leave home. This extraordinary level of service as well as the results obtained warrant praise. Thanks for your help.

 I contacted Weber Yachts in spring 15 to look at a boat they had listed. Follow up, appointment time, knowledge and most importantly insight shined through in our first meeting. Chris and I were on the phone regularly for the next several months looking at and making offers on other vessels. Always with the one he had listed on the back burner. Although he didn’t get a commission for selling my boat, he offered insight throughout my sales process. BTW that’s a lot of work and headache. Over time we came to an agreement on the first boat we looked at. It was Chris that helped schedule the logistics of getting the inspected surveyed and sea trialed. The transformation of this vessel from the first time I saw it to seeing it again in the water was amazing. Chris and his team personally prepped it for inspection. An amazing amount of work goes into a transaction and it all seemed smooth because of his commitment to service. He graciously offered an afternoon to run the boat out on the lake and around the docks. I am a better captain from what I learned that day.
