'Changing Latitudes' has just finished her first navigation of America's Great Loop and is now being offered for sale. Detailing and engine services were just completed and she is ready for her next owner. All of her maintenance is up to date, and she was a 100% freshwater boat before doing  'The Loop'.

The full beam master stateroom is aft with an insuite head featuring a full Jacuzzi tub (pump operation unknown) with shower. A guest stateroom forward in the bow features a center queen bed and a second guest stateroom amidship has two single berths and can be converted into a king size bed.

The salon offers plenty of natural light through the large windows with blinds to port and starboard along with the forward windshield and aft sundeck access door. There is an entertainment center to port with an L-shaped sofa with dual recliners to starboard and a small coffee table. The main cabin features a Bose audio system with 8 speakers. Custom cherry woodwork through the salon and staterooms. 

The large dinette features cherry hardwood with two facing bench seats and is on a raised platform to starboard, opposite of the galley. The dinette will allow 4 to eat comfortably and seat up to six. The tabletop is beautiful hardwood, the seats are a tan faux leather.  The dinette is well lit by large forward and starboard windows.

The aft master stateroom on Changing Latitudes offers an angled island queen size berth with storage underneath.  There is a built in makeup table with mirror and small seat bedside to starboard. There is a large hanging locker to port, a large storage cabinet at the foot of the bed that houses a 15” flat screen TV with DVD player and plenty of storage cabinets all around the stateroom. A large window with blind that doubles as an escape hatch is to starboard aft of the berth and provide natural light. To starboard is the ensuite head with Vacuflush toilet forward, porcelain sink in Corian counter top and full size Jacuzzi tub (pump operation unknown) with shower aft. The head has hardwood cabinets and tile flooring and a two port lights for natural lighting. French doors open from the tub out into the stateroom.

The forward guest stateroom has a very comfortable centered queen berth in the bow with lots of natural light from one portlight on the port side and an overhead hatch. This stateroom has a large amount of storage with 2 hanging lockers, cabinet over the bed along port and starboard and storage under the berth.  A 15” flat screen TV with DVD players is mounted in a cabinet at the foot of the berth on the port side. 

The amidship guest stateroom has two single side-by-side berths or can be converted to a king size with an insert. This stateroom features a Splendid washer and dryer combo unit, located in a cabinet forward of the single berths and storage below it.

Changing Latitudes sundeck and helm is completely enclosed with canvas and Eisenglass. The sundeck features a U-shaped dinette aft facing forward, wetbar with dedicated half refrigerator and sink and a large bench seat facing aft. The aft seating can be converted into a sleeping area.  There is storage under the dinette, bench seat and wetbar. Custom carpet covers the sole and plenty of molded cup holders for refreshments.
