Joe is a native of Glenview, Illinois, but he spent the better part of his early life acquiring expertise in boat navigation at his family home in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He cut his teeth at 12 years old on a Boston Whaler Montauk 170. During his high school and college summers, he worked at the local marinas, expanding his knowledge and skills in boat operation and customer service.
Joe graduated from Marquette University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and marketing. Before joining Weber Yachts, Joe held increasingly responsible positions at a Southwest Florida marina, culminating in a broker role.
In his current position, Joe combines his technical knowledge of marketing with his passion for the boating industry. His deep understanding of the boating industry provides his clients a premier customer experience.
